Puryfile is a privacy-focused iOS application for removing metadata from user-selected files.

This webpage is the primary source of truth for Puryfile privacy practices.

Puryfile does not collect, transmit, or share personal data with us or third parties.

No analytics, advertising identifiers, crash reporting pipelines, or tracking SDKs are used.

All metadata extraction and removal runs locally on your device.

Files are accessed only when you explicitly select them via iOS pickers.

Files do not leave your device unless you intentionally share them using iOS sharing controls.

Photo library and file access permissions are requested only as needed for selected files.

Puryfile does not perform unattended file scanning.

Temporary cleaned files may be staged in app cache during save/share workflows.

Cleanup runs automatically on normal workflow completion and at subsequent launch opportunities.

A local processing history may be kept on-device for user review and can be cleared by the user.

No third-party analytics or advertising services are integrated.

Puryfile operates offline for core functionality and does not require internet access.
